To leverage collective efforts and present a unified brand, the Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled changes the name of the Javits-Wagner-O’Day Program to the AbilityOne ® Program. The new AbilityOne brand is designed to convey the program’s broad capabilities and clear purpose. The name and function of the Javits-Wagner-O’Day Act itself remain the same.
