Launched in 2003, NIB’s unique Business Leaders Program prepares individuals who are blind for careers in business. By providing educational and employment opportunities, this program encourages professional development and transforms high-potential employees and participants into successful business people and future business leaders.
Fellowship for Leadership Development
Get on-the-job, business-focused experience with salary, including professional development opportunities. Legally blind individuals who have an undergraduate degree, work experience, desire to relocate and passion for business are invited to apply.

An 18-month curriculum that develops critical business perspective and management abilities, taught by Darden Graduate School of Business, University of Virginia.
