Leaders At All Levels

 

Leaders At All Levels offers on-site training in leadership, communication and teamwork skills to employees throughout NIB's network of associated agencies. The skills are as beneficial to the most senior manager as they are to the newest employee.

 

Leaders At All Levels has something for everyone in the areas of interpersonal communication, teamwork and ability to cope with change.  When agency leadership promotes opportunity for skills training, it enhances workplace effectiveness and morale.  

 

Each module uses videos, discussion, and small group exercises to present a skill set. Up to 20 people participate in each class, and the class is repeated as many times as necessary so that everyone can attend.

 

There is no cost to the agency -- NIB provides the materials and the instructor.
