Leaders At All Levels

 

Leaders At All Levels offers on-site training in leadership, communication and teamwork skills to employees throughout NIB's network of associated agencies. It promotes opportunities for skills training, enhancing workplace effectiveness and morale.

 

Who can attend? 

Leaders At All Levels is for everyone. The skills taught are as beneficial to the most senior manager as they are to the newest employee. When management and staff participate together, communication and efficiencies are fostered.

 

Each module uses videos, discussion, and small group exercises to present a skill set. About 20 people participate in each class and the class is repeated as many times as necessary so that everyone attends.

 

There is no cost to the agency to have this training delivered; NIB provides the materials and the instructor.
