Meet National Industries for the Blind

Our mission is to enhance the opportunities for economic and personal independence of people who are blind, primarily through creating, sustaining, and improving employment. NIB and its network of associated nonprofit agencies are the nation’s largest employer of people who are blind.

NSITE

NIB’s talent management enterprise, NSITE, provides a continuum of employment services that connect employers with talented, dedicated people who are blind, visually impaired, and/or veterans to meet their workforce needs. NSITE empowers people who are blind to build successful careers in fields of their choosing.
